I design enterprise B2B software: workflows, admin dashboards, approval flows, products where a dozen roles touch the same record. I use AI across the process, from synthesizing research to shipping.

    Design and business consulting for clients and internal teams, across education, healthcare, banking and fintech. Work on the agreement workflow at a top-5 US bank cut processing time by 67%, about 2,000 employee hours a month. For a large US public school district, three paper processes were redesigned for a new system, with 16 service blueprints and 191 pages of specifications.

    Led a research project documenting the design practices of indigenous Himalayan tribes: their material culture, craft traditions and embedded design knowledge. Managed a team of 14 researchers running 70+ structured field interviews, and authored three chapters of the resulting publication.

    Led the tangible design team, responsible for omnichannel service experiences across retail pharmacies, warehouses, packaging and phlebotomist touchpoints. The work added $26K in revenue per store, saved $260K per pharmacy and raised warehouse throughput 1.4x.

How I use AI

I use AI across the process, not just to generate things. Synthesizing competitive research, pulling design constraints out of thousands of pages of policy and compliance documents, building a rough sketch out into something clickable, and taking work through to shipped code. What I don’t hand over is the interpretation. Deciding what actually mattered in a user interview is still the job.
